
Product Introduction
The water storage and drainage board is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) or polypropylene (PP), which is formed by heating and pressing. It is a lightweight board that can not only create drainage channels with fixed three-dimensional spatial support stiffness, but also store water. This type of board has two comprehensive functions of water storage and drainage. The board has a high spatial stiffness and significantly better compressive strength than similar products (which can be verified through on-site experiments). It can withstand high compressive loads of over 400Kpa and extreme loads caused by mechanical compaction during the backfilling process of planting top boards.

Construction technology for water storage and drainage:

The installation and construction of the water storage and drainage board shall be directly laid on the completed fine aggregate concrete protective layer as shown in the above figure, and the board shall be overlapped by interlocking.

Grassroots acceptance → Planning and marking ->Empty laying of storage and drainage boards ->Buckling and overlapping buckles ->Self inspection and acceptance ->Inspection and acceptance ->Laying of polyester non-woven fabric ->Self inspection and acceptance/inspection and acceptance.
Operation points and technical requirements:
The construction process of the water storage and drainage board should ensure that each drainage board is securely fastened.
The non-woven fabric is tightly overlapped to prevent soil from entering the drainage channel and blocking the drainage.
Backfilling method:
In order to prevent soil transport vehicles from damaging the water storage and drainage system, backfilling needs to be done from the surrounding area inward. The process is as follows:
Non woven fabric should be laid first during backfilling, and after the non-woven fabric is laid, it should be inspected and accepted before backfilling.
During the construction process, attention should be paid to the protection of the water storage and drainage board. Vehicles can only walk on it after the backfill soil thickness is 2500mm.
